1968 to 1977: Held various positions in the hair replacement industry, developing a keen appreciation for what worked - and what didn't.
1977: Founded the Biomedic Research Group.
1979: Developed Biomedic Coenzyme treatment for management of DHT.
1981: Developed first Biomedic Minoxidil-based topical treatment.
1981 to present: Expanded Biomedic services to include preventive health care consulting through nutritional and biochemical rebalancing.
1984: Completed PhD in clinical nutrition.
1985 to present: Began (and continue to) research the use of lasers in hair replacement therapies.
1995: Began marketing home care lasers to consumers.
1999: Founded a Biomedic Clinic in Sarasota, FL.
2000: Began featuring professional intensity laser treatments in-clinic
2004: Founded a Biomedic Clinic in Miami, FL.
2004: Began training clinicians in the use of laser therapies.
Dr. Olinger continues to attend specialty seminars in dermatology, cosmetic surgery, hair transplant surgery, emergency medicine and nutritional biochemistry.

Dr. Vladimir Panine, MD is a Board Certified Dermatologist and Cosmetic Surgeon specializing in hair transplant surgery for many years. Dr. Panine was a general surgeon who elected to complete a residency in dermatology. He is a graduate of Boston Medical College, author of numerous medical publications and a member of the following Professional Societies:

Dr. Roy Stephan, MD., F.A.C.S. specializes in all phases of plastic surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and recognized by the Quebec Society of Plastic Surgery and the Canadian Royal College in Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Roy Stephan graduated in 1983 from the Faculty of Medicine of McGill University, and continued his studies in general surgery at Boston University. Following further studies at the University of Montreal, he completed his plastics residency in California.
He specializes in all forms of cosmetic and plastic surgery, including Micro-surgery, Mega-sessions, full Face-lifts, Breast augmentation & reduction, Liposuction, Wrinkles, Lips and Crows feet.
